Getting started
Install Vega, run it on your computer and see your first change.
Vega is a fast Hugo theme for startups, SaaS products and agencies. This guide takes you from the download to a live site.
What you need
You don’t need to install Hugo yourself. npm install fetches the right version for your computer.
Install
Unzip Vega, open a terminal in the folder and run:
npm install
npm run dev
Open http://localhost:4350. The page reloads whenever you save a file.
Your first change
Open hugo.toml, change title = "Liftoff" to your product’s name and save. The header and footer update straight away.
